#38: Titus Andromedons

OK – got it all out my system.

Listen – I think we can all agree that there’s no better character on TV today (or in the past or in the future) than Titus Andromedon from the Kimmy Schmidt Show on Nutflicks.

He’s so perfect and I love him.  And, making Titus Andromedons is a great excuse for drinking a whole bottle of Pinot Noir on a Tuesday.

Recipe:

Basic B Cut-Outs.  You can get the recipe for those here.

Now then, the frosting here is dark chocolate & Pinot Noir frosting.  And, I can guarantee that it’s delicious.  Here’s the skinny though – I just through a bunch of jazz together in the mixer and that’s how I made it.  It’s like a half stick of room temp butter, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (this should be like 1-1/2 cup of powdered sugar for a smooth frosting, but I ran out, so I subbed in some gran sugar and this frosting got grainy AF).  I added in a big splash of milk, and about 2 ounces of cream cheese to try to balance out the grainy sugar and thicken it up.  Then, about 1 tbsp of dark choco powder and 2 tbsp of Pinot Noir.  (NOTE!!!!  I tried to find the Tituss Burgess Pinot Noir, but it wasn’t at my local Kroger…. but you can buy it here)  Mix it all up and chill it for a bit, because it might be a little runny.  Also – keep drinking the rest of the Pinot Noir while your cookies bake and you decorate.

I made one that looked like normal Titus – and then one as Frankenwolf – the waiter at Dr. Dracula’s Spooky Lab & Bar & Grill.  Duh…
