Quick story: I used to go to the Cincinnati Reds games a lot a few years ago and there was always signage for the tri-state urinary robotics clinics. And I just remember eating hotdogs and thinking about robots working on urinary areas.
(That story gets a D-! So dumb!)
Anyway, I was poking around in Jimmy’s cupboards looking for ingredients for a delicious cookie this weekend and found some craisins I bought a few weeks ago. I made these things and Jimmy came down and said these cookies would be good for UTIs! He’s a nurse, so I’ll take his word for it!
1 sticka butter
3/4 cuppa gran sugar. (Jimmy didn’t have any brown sugar, but I think that would’ve been good in this thing)
1 tbsp honey
1 splasha vanilla
1 pincha salt
1/2 tsp baking soda (NOT POWDER)
1 cuppa oats
1-1/2 cuppa flour + more if your dough is too drippy
Medium handful of craisins
Just mix all this together until it’s a lumpy craisin-studded gruel-like dough. Roll balls and splat em down on a parchy-paper-lined tray. Bake in a 350 oven for 12 minutes.
* I immediately regret everything about this post. No more urinary robot stories. That’s a Jack Volpi Guarantee!
UPDATE (7/12/16): the folks at Ocean Spray just liked my photo on Instagram!!!!! Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
